As the Owner of NextHome Pacific Estates, Colleen Rogers leads a modern, locally owned real estate brokerage serving Orange County and surrounding Southern California communities. Her vision is to create a company where experienced leadership, innovative technology, standout marketing, and a people-first culture come together to deliver a better real estate experience—for both the professionals who work within the company and the clients they represent.

Colleen brings a depth of experience that extends far beyond any one side of the business. Throughout her career, she has owned and operated real estate offices and held leadership positions spanning brokerage operations, accounting and financial management, coaching, training, regional and franchisor leadership, and helped others attain business growth. She has also worked alongside brokerage owners and leadership teams throughout Southern California and the Southwest, giving her a unique perspective on what makes real estate businesses - and the people within them - thrive.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management and Accounting. Her business and financial background, combined with decades of real-world real estate experience, has shaped her approach to leadership: know the numbers, embrace change, invest in people, and never stop looking for a better way to do things.
